Ok...nobody has really discussed....NOBODY....Seems it deserves it's own Thread!
Looks like all of our jobs are safe with the organization changes. Are we all safe at the sales representative level? Somebody, anybody, out there? If so...please give us a life line! Seems like I get scripted response...every time I ask my manager. Please if you are out there..and you can hear us...please tell us what you know. Hungry mouths at home to feed.

Official layoffs are over until the next round. Across the country there is an epidemic of level one warnings being issued for totally bogus reasons. These folks will be gone within 3-6 months . "Performance" issue terminations mean the company doesn't have to give out packages. Such a gutless way of doing business. Ask around, it is happening throughout the company. If you are someone who received a warning start your job search now.

UROLOGY AND HOSP SALES ARE UNSTABLE PLACES TO BE NOW. DONT LET THE SPIN LEADERS THERE ARE SPINNING FOOL YOU. IN A FEW YEARS, BOTH THESE SALES ORGS WILL BE UNRECOGNIZABLE IF NOT SOONER. ASTELLAS IS STABLE BUT THESE PLACES ARE NOT.

The company/Japan has chosen to rapidly move forward on its large molocue portfolio to position for growth.

The field based primary, hospital and speciality sales group is in the process of being managed out, top down by our consultant ZS Associates, Inc.

I may or may not start a dedicated blog on this subject shortly.
