Do specialty reps take it in the rear more than PC reps?

Interesting question. From past experience, PC reps spend more time sitting on their asses in waiting rooms begging for signatures -- specialty reps tend to get back to the physician -- so probably yes.

I dont even stop at the front desk. I just walk in. 27 years and having a relationship is what does it.

Yes, I'm sure your psychiatrist's office knows you well, so you just breeze on back! After all they wouldn't want you having a breakdown in the lobby area!:D Who knows, Ft. Worth Fox might show up! Do you go in drag on those days?

I have docs/clinics I have called on for nearly 40 years. I always do the courtesy of asking the front desk if it is a good time to go back. Common courtesy goes a long way.
