Good product? Are you kidding me? Look I know people need a job and if this is a way of supporting yourself or a family then more power to you, but get real. Somaxon took a generic drug for a different indication that has been around for a long while and expects physicians to sock their patients with a $40 - $75 co-pay for benefit they could get from the generic? When you consider this cost and the ho-hum efficacy profile it appears that safety is the only reason some patients might choose Silenor - and ask Takeda about how ROZEREM did on that one.
Point is Somaxon is taking advantage of FDA rules that allow them to rape patients who often have no idea that their medication is the EXACT same molecule as a generic but at a different dose. Keep selling if you must because of the pay, but don't kid anyone - this product is a complete branded loser.
