The managers are like helicopter moms are to kids. Always watching over you. Then your "team mates" are also watching, starting rumors, and usually throwing the new reps under the bus. This is a great place and thanks for joining the "team!"
 






And also be very careful where and what time you gas up vs. your calls logged in. The Forest culture doesnt allow us to be trusted. Everyone is trying to bust everyone...... bat shit crazy company.

More than the DM you need to keep your eyes open for your team mates. As the other post says they just pretend to be helpful. They talk shit behind your back. Forest training was like a beauty pagent. Big hair, short skirts, low cut tops, fake boobs, lots of blush. To be fair there are a few reps who are smart & know their shit. these are the ones who are making the impact on sales but they score low on the looks department.
 












Made PC 3x. Never worked any differently than the years I didn't win. Years I had low rankings, I probably put more effort than years I won. Goes to show what BS PC rankings are. I know reps who have won and offices hate them and they don't have a clue how to discuss products with docs, but, the stars were aligned for them. Does that make them effective. Absolutely not.
