DMs found out the day before we did in 2010...probably the same will be true this time. Sounds like we are still on track for 4/2.

All the DM's are keeping their jobs. They are an integral part of Novartis future and Best in Class pipeline. LMAO...it is hilarious just thinking of the term "Best in Class Pipeline". The only thing funnier is that DM's thinking they are an integral part of NPC's success.

If your FLM is laid off someone else will call you. In fact they may just have your new FLM call you or if your FLM is laid off HR/Security will call you. It really doesn't matter.

My Manager told that "yes they find out before the reps & still have to make the calls to us." Just like we stay on the pay-roll to June - so will they. So this call is part of their job responsibilities through June
