Do all Novartis divisions cap commissions at 68k Max?

Alcon is now being "fully integrated" into Novartis and our comp plan just want to all market share based, total universe and capped at 68k. Before, we were uncapped and then Alcon capped at 90k. 68k max- is that standard across the board for all Novartis units? Thanks!

what does the average rep make in commissionsin your division? The top reps? I'm shocked that they maxed us all out at 68k at Alcon. They said it is so they can pay more people some money as many reps weren't making anything. So they are paying less to the top and paying out something to the rest. But why such a low cap? Why a cap at all? We already have low salaries compared to every other company including other Novartis divisions and now a 68k cap. Feeling bent over and not enjoying it.

Sounds like socialism to me.
