Many, many reps were given substantial increases at 6 month review time frame because they were complaining, threatening to leave, and had legit pay discrepancies.
Challenge your Managers this upcoming year end review. It's 110% BS that only
2-4% raises can be given out and distributed amongst the district.
It's not true, the extra money is available. I will post the districts that 6 months increases were utilized so you can question your Manager.
