DM's making decisions?

Regional director stated DM's will get together next week...for what? Footprints were already realigned last year for this type of scenario...so that cant be why! If they have a final say on who stays and who doesn't within each territory there's going to be lawsuits! DM's will keep the non-producing ass kissers when they need to be looking at who are the ones in each territory that are producing! It'll be easy to figure that out if they just look at the reps whose doctors that are writing the most scripts where only one of the reps call on those doctors. Any others thoughts on what the DM's will have a say about?

We are getting together for a last supper blow out. Believe me when I tell you that there is a lot of sex between dms and dms and reps. We know that some of us will take your jobs but why not get together 1 more time for a little felching?
 



Don't you know that what your dm will decide is purely subjective???? I have seen many good reps let go, and many BAD reps retained. The criteria for good rep/bad reps is very subjective if they like you or not. Numbers don't even matter- have seen reps with good numbers let go and bad numbers retained.
Your only hope is to try to get another joib out of here, there will be very very few severnces ACTUALLY given oiut. I would not waste your time waiting for one.

dont give your DM the benefit of the doubt. All those times they met you at ten am and left at 4 pm! You need to file a complaint right away, because they are deciding your fait. they will throw you under the bus, better throw them first!!
