Virtual “field coaching” at lunches?!!! For the love of god who is mandating this $hit?!! The company has done a 180 on the Covid lockdown in short eight weeks. Went from being empathetic and customer centric, to annoying. My docs don’t want to see my manager on ZOOM!

Never mind the while Farxiga DapaHF launch. Have you ever seen a more F'd up launch? My God, multiple people sending out invites to the same scheduled calls only to be cancelled or rescheduled. All the while forgetting to include certain co-promoting sales forces initially on many of them. AND now, virtual program invites that need to wait 48 hours before they can be sent out from the initial contact. For real? Kirsten, stop hiring the ones that kiss your ass and ones that actually can get the job done.

BI has been giving out their study with the HF data and the results of their trial, which is better than ours. We keep getting kicked off insurance and only our speakers are really writing...

dsm gets back in, proceeds to tell me pages to go to and re-details hcp.

Things in our region have been awesome since the Declare launch and Market Share has been rising steady even in this virtual setting. BI blows and they know it...now go on back to your crappy board.
