DM ride along

As part of the PharmaCare contract and having NO prior experience, I gotta ask:
What the heck gives with my DM doing 2 day ride alongs every 2 weeks. Prior to applying for this opportunity, my research showed about once every 6-7 weeks. I know this is not the NORM as my counterparts and other contract Reps do NOT endure this same pain. Before the blah blah blah spew begins, let me just point out the obvious: Yes, I know I'm NEW to the industry however NOT to sales, I also have been able to get right at or near my DM's expectation from start. The only thing I can deduct is the "outta touch" syndrome with the field Reps. I've read about Rep saturation in offices and now I've got to be the chump in my territories with the additional annoyance every other week. At the very least I'm learning what I don't want in my next move within Pharma......

your DM hates you!
here is advice, pick him up at 7am and then drive 2 hours to your first call. then make you r last call at 540 pm and then drive another two hours back to his car. Do this for two days, maybe make him miss his plane or tell him you cant stop for lunch. this may convince him to space out these horrible field rides

no doubt. the cp spread sheets are a crock of shit. Who gives a fuck what any ohter rep is doing out there or where they fell they need to drop a sig or call. It is how this game is played, if you forest dolts think you knarck like ways are some how encouraged, than lets hear about that bullshit. It sounds to me like FRX has a few fuck sticks who are more concerned with other reps, particularly the new CSO than they care about their own shit race of sig's and samples. What a farce.

I am going to knack probie. Your post just motivated me. Hopefully you are my PharmaCare idiot. Bye Bye.

The only time we ever detail is when fat ass DMs are with us. Even at lunches DRS don't want to hear about our crappy drugs. The only one worth anything is Bystolic. If the idiots in NY believe we detail 2-3 meds per call, they are even dumber than they look. Hard to believe, because they look pretty stupid, but believing what we punch in for our calls makes them complete assholes!!!!!

You think that is bad. my RD and DM got in car with me. BOTH OF THEM. i was so nervous and uncomfortable that i couldnt sleep and wanted to be sick. i was so nervous. they said i had a good day but the whole day was strange and just a very hostile feeling with the dm and rd in the car with me. seems to go way to far and they are doing this with other reps in the region. does this seem normal or go to far.

Do these idiots truly believe they were good reps. They only got the job because most people don't want the headaches. I can't think of one DM in my area that was a really good rep. I know several who dd illegal activities and abused the expense in order to gain rxes r self profit. They then become DM and think they were great reps. Most of you sucked. You need to be held accountable for your the way you treat us. I hope many more of you are brought up on charges of abuse.

You reps quit complaining and get to work . All you reps do is complain. We only babysit you because if we don't, you won't do your job the way you you are paid to do. If we trust you, we don't bother you.
