when are they going to notify in regards to getting new DM positions? Is there a Manager training to attend and how long is it? what is the salary range for getting DM promotion?

Manager Training----this is easy. Go to KMart and buy knee pads, the ones given you at BI are cheap and uncomfortable. And then make sure you bring to every meeting with upper management. Simple. They will tell you why, no need to go into it here.

These sound like questions that should have been asked during the interview process or to the person making you the offer. Based on the inappropriate response to the original poster's question, do you really trust CP for the answer? Maybe you should reach out to your boss?

I received offer for rep position. Start date 1/18, 2 weeks home study, 1 week training 1/31. Can you say what state you were hired for?

Are you kidding? Its primarily DM's on this site. They're so afraid someone will tell the truth about them on here, so they act like they're soooooo busy with all the work they are given, meanwhile watching CP and posting threads about who the best DM is and hoping they're name pops up. Tell me, what exactly do the DM's and RD's do?
