What RSD does this position report? Is s/he good to work for? Looking to get in, but I am not from J&J. Do I have a shot?

Also heard about a huge, time-consuming initiative called the "NE Business Planning Tool". Is this helpful or is it a waste of time intended to help the RSD demonstrate an initiative to senior leadership?

What results have come from this tool? Has it been quantified to show how it's impacting business on a local, district and regional level? Serious replies only please.
