Recently was placed on a performance improvement plan due to auditing of my location and alleged falsified sales calls. Was told this is standard procedure and was shown my GPS coordinates not corresponding with documented calls. I was told most reps have this type of PIP once in even the most successful careers. Last Thursday was asked to meet with DM and HR at ORD beyond security checkpoint where I was promptly terminated without severance.
What recourse do I have?
