DM locking out Access

It is difficult when your manager gets you locked out of offices.

It’s very demoralizing. I now have 7 clinics where the clinic managers and providers said verbally don’t bring them in or only one abbvie rep can come.

what is the point? Why field ride with a rep if you only do more damage then good?

Does the manager know this? It’s only fair that they know, and why

If your talking about on of the under qualified CNS division “Rep to Manager” types, you’re probably have better luck explaining the situation to your cat than you would the DM.

Self awareness, much less flexibility are not traits you would typically find in these ego maniacs. There is a very high chance that if you did address this with the DM, they would find a way to turn it around on you. It would sound like….
“Maybe you’re not assertive enough to in this account…..you know you have to hold your doctors accountable….I can’t want to win more than you do……blah blah blah”

You’re better off setting up a milk run prior to the field ride and apologize in advance.

Our district is dealing with this as well. “Let me take control of the call, I’ll show my clinical knowledge”!
I want to say stand behind me and shut the fuck up. This guy has been treating patients for a lot longer than you have been pretending to manage.
Cheese ball DM’s who can’t sell. Gets us kicked out and then asks why you can’t access top prescribers. Lol.

Literally the entire pharma manager's handbook right there.

Honestly, there isn't a more useless or overpaid segment of any industry than this group of destructive clowns. If you are a DM with any pharma company, I am definitely talking about YOU.

All of you are the absolute worst.

just left a meeting in rheum and told its time to hold doctors accountable. what does that mean. if you get kicked out you get kicked out. unprofessional. he said what do we have to lose since they dont write in 1 indication out of three. the answer is the other two indications. holy crap

I was a dm and my boyzz knew who was boss and did really special things for me when asked. Maybe you should try the same thing sugar britches. Role playing can go a long way to further a reps career.
Just sayin

wtf does a Dr have to be accountable to us? That is BS. Between doing dinner programs as quid pro quo and demanding for accountability from physicians the industry is on its last legs
