DM in Ohio

If it was a compliance issue the Manager should have been fired. If he was demoted he’ll likely not do well in his team and is likely looking for another job outside the company anyways

Compliance is dropping the hammer on a lot of people. It is way over due for a lot of them, many have been breaking rules for so long with no consequences that they thought they were untouchable. Guess their luck finally ran out!

What kind of compliance violation are the reps in upper west side NY engaging in? If no one has reported them to OEC, they are golden. If they have already been reported to OEC, these matters take a long time to resolve as I’m sure OEC is flooded with reports on non-compliant and illegal activity taking place wiconstantly within the sales force

There’s a whole thread on here dedicated to their monster week of data at the end of 2022….

You guys are rookies! So glad I am no longer part of this shady BS
NY HAS BEEN out of compliance for over a decade - look at eyecare. Ask them about their “FULFILLMENT”ESCRIBE illegal garbage, helping techs with PA’s- specialty pharmacy- and the list goes on.. let me count the ways. It’s known by everyone. Cheaters

If the DM stepped down to a rep, depending on division (especially if it was psych or migraine) probably a case of someone who never should have been a dm in the first place getting a chance to assume a more suitable role.

also a good chance that it was a calculated move to get away from a prick RD, again more likely if it was a psych/ migraine dm. There aren’t enough perks to stay in the dm role to work for a jackass rd.
