The JV will obviously sell Tri Hart. The question is what will happen to our bio line and Tresaderm? I can see with the duplication in our vaccine lines that regulators will demand a vaccine divestature. If they sell our products what message will that send?

Simply put: The Intervet line of vaccines will be kept, Hartguard kept, otics from Intervet and Home Again will be kept. Those are all a given to stay put with the new company.

Manufacturing, supply chain and regulatory issues would keep them from cherry picking the vaccine lines IMO. Don't know how this will turn out, guess we'll find out in February. I don't think Zubrin will make the cut.

Check out the facts. Purevax is not # 1 and our canine line is last. The JV will keep Imrab, Purevax Rabies and everything else will be divested, The joint Venture is headed by the President of Intervet. We are screwed!

I think we are srcewed too. I know as a Merial employee, I'm looking to get out of here as fast as I can. Especially in the citys where there are Intervet Reps who have been around for more years than us. This will be a bloodbath for us.
