Diversifying the Medtronic sales force





This equity fetish is disgusting.

What happened to merit? If we jusge people on their skin or genitalia that is racist and sexist. Period.

Medtronic is a racist company. So are the rest of these pathetic corporations.

Equity diversity and inclusion obsession is the modern day racism since true racism is obsolete.

This equity fetish is a terrible disease that has inflicted on the west. The racism of the racist discrimination policies is bad enough. The feminism is the most damaging to family structure that has been the foundation of western life forever.

No one should be chosen for a job based on their race or genitalia.
 




This equity focus is basically just in favor of black people. No one cares about any other marginalized groups. Not to mention, there are so many black leaders already in the company - where exactly is the systemic racism that needs to be corrected? All these people do is self-promote themselves and their blackness, cry about low representation even though they don't seem to have any issues, and openly create racist policies and programs that only end up marginalizing non-blacks.
 




It's disingenuous to try and equalize based on race anyway. That would only make sense if there is equal # of people in every race. That's obviously not the case so all of this has to be proportional rather than just favoring certain groups in the name of equality, while also being racist towards other groups.

The point that often gets missed as well is those people from certain other ethnicities like asians or indians already have it worse considering there is ridiculous competition within their own ethnicities. So they have to be the upper echelon among their own, only to get ratiod later cause we need more black people in C suite.

Why don't they try to equalize janitors and road workers? Why is the equity argument always about getting into leadership and C suite? Cause it's all self promotion, none of these people give a damn about equity.

Great Business move to get ahead of the curve and changing American Demographics. Bob and Steve always hired based on Race. It’s just that they hired other Bob and Steve’s. That will change once the minority becomes the majority. The Best Qualified will be hired.

The mere fact that when you give blacks extra weight on admissions to Harvard is in itself saying they are inherently less qualified because of their race which is the ultimate form of discrimination.

Bear Bryant realized against USC that in order to not go extinct he had to adapt to current times. Same applies here. Shouldn’t need a “Rooney Rule” to combat legacy or favoritism hiring.

Some members of SCOTUS clearly were nominated based on qualifications. Nothing whatsoever to do with race or who they knew. LOL.
Literally every leftist judge except Breyer was explicitly nominated because of their skin color or lack of a penis.
