Noticing a ton of district sales manager jobs open. Are these expansions or what? How many reps does each district typically have to manage?
District Manager= Rep. A lot of expansion on top of 20%+ annual turnover rate.
What are the main reasons for all of the turnover with this company?
Looks like Nevro is overpacking areas with reps as of late and looking for growth like there is no tomorrow. That can’t be a good long term plan for stability.
