Distributor rep that wants to get into sales.

Good evening. I am currently a distributor rep for Owens & Minor and getting ready to interview for a sales position with the Endo div. I'm making about $ 160K annually and wanted to find out if there is money to be made with this group? The recruiter told me I could make $ 200k plus if I do well? Is this true or a bunch of fluff??

It really depends on the territory. Many reps make 160 or better. Smaller territories obviously not. QOL if great and money is determined by how hard you work.
