You obviously don't work here, but are a candidate interviewing and searching for answers. I suggest asking to speak to a rep(s) in the district; ask lots of questions since it may be difficult for them to answer honestly.
 






Because the management team is inept. Accountability only applies to the salesforce, not to anyone else, especially those who may or may not hold a degree from Harvard. Transparency is simply a word that is tossed around to keep HR employed. At the end of the day there were so many opportunities to launch a really fantastic company and it has been nothing short of a disaster and empty promises.
 






Not everyone dislikes it as much as some of the posters on here. To be honest with you, upper management over-forcast sales last year, and most sales reps underperformed. Regardless, it's still a good job, but no cakewalk.
