I conservatively cost this trip at 200K . Will be 5 star hotels, transfers, eat like fat cats every night. Buisness class airlfare from Deerfiled to Sydney 10K .

The whole ISC team is a mess, they recently went 3 pl in Sydney Australia to a company called Ebos, the alleged savings have already evaporated, customer dissatisfaction the whole place is steaming mess,

How many ISC VPs does it take to screw in a lighbulb ? if they actually added any value it would pay off but they are just pencil pushing academics who say yes to everything Joe says.

Years ago BAX stated ISC cost were impacted +$600M due to COVid related challenges (labor, SC, mat’l, etc) and they were going to mitigate them moving forward. The Funny thing is the year before COVID, at the investor conference, ISC presented that they were going to take out multiple “%’s” of cost out. Fast forward to today. Margins have not changed and costs continue to go up. Furthermore, the deleverage from segregation plants/supply chain between Vantive and Baxter will only add costs.

When Joe had “Grande Huevos”, he would have replaced the ISC team in a hot minute. Instead, he allows the incompetency to continue. A some point of time all rolls up to the CEO/BOD - JK - it’s not his/their fault

Q: What does Joe do when the polar vortex comes to DF? A: Ensures the corporate jet doesn’t catch a cold and takes it to his Florida residence.
