Actually the majority of people who leave Johnson and Johnson say that they are happier, make more money and overall find better opportunities to advance their careers. It is a fact that Johnson and Johnson pays less than competitors and while there are said to be opportunities, it is very difficult to navigate into different companies unless your manager can provide assistance and often must know the hiring managers of other companies.

Now that I know that its just some Acclarent manager trying to draw attention away from how awful Acclarent is at the moment, it is pretty comical. Typical spineless JNJ manager, instead of trying to fix the issues, let's just try to distract the reps so that they will hopefully forget how awful JNJ has become.
