I do not blame them for leaving. Everyone that leaves earns a lot more coin with a more stable career path. No path at Conmed.
We are left with managers that do not lead anything. They are not leaders because nobody wants to follow them. Talented employees stay because they are paid well, appreciated, listened to, promoted, involved in decisions and mentored. When you stop focusing on people and only focus on sales you end up with this.
Bad leaders take a great staff and destroy it, causing the best to leave while killing all motivation for the rest of the reps. This is why five more are leaving.
Congratulations on all your success.
