no payout, because the discrimination is ongoing. I witnessed ugly, very ugly things here at Novartis

I love you guys from HR, you are so predictable. The "c'mon" tactics is not going to prevent the next lawsuit. You guys know very well that harassment and discrimination continue here at Novartis and you are not doing anything about it (which is good, so the next check will be higher). Want more details?

No kidding.. You would think that Novartis would clean up their act after all of the law suits. It just keeps getting worse. HR is the biggest contributor..I think some of them need to go back to HR school and learn about what is legal and what isn't. They are so incompetent!

I have heard that some individuals are suing HR people personally. BB and others are being named. Wow- good job. Hold them accountable. Way to go.

In New York state you can sue a manager or another person and they can be found personally liable in addition to the company being held liable.
