Disastrous Conf Call-Cogs 74%-Waiting for Filing 10k

Dendreon's yearly annual report 10k has always come out on the same day as last quarter earnings conference call. I was expecting it today but it doesnt look like its coming. There is a deadline of Feb 29 however and I bet they will wait until then to see how share price is and make their decision on whether to disclose investigations based on that. If they do that its just more unethical behavior. Horrible people.
 






There is nothing to report. With all deep discounts as well increase spending profit margins of Provenge and therefore the company will be lesser than anytime in the past. They lied late last year, early this year in their earning reports, calculating sale of product and it's development rights as a part of profit. Now they are back tracking. Another criminal act committed by MG and DB before their departure and another lie and crime by RR who is still runing the show over here.

You called that lie. I remember the post around Jan 5 when they got that bonus. You should bump up your post. Give yourself credit!!!

Gold and EC and board got bonuses off that lie and the stock went up a lot on that lie. They said $228 that day. Today we find it was $213.5.

Watch for 10k by Feb 29. I think they will disclose federal investigations. They don't have to but I think they will.
 












I looked for that $208 post and can't find it. Either it was removed or was bumped up a lot in another post. Too many posts to look at to find it. Maybe you remember the title of the post.
 






Thank you for the credit. My original guesstimate was around $208 mil. Now look further in their profit margin report. They are bunch of criminals who steal from employees, people and patients.

Watch for 10K filing tomorrow or Wednesday my friend. I think we see disclosure.

Yes COGS came in at 74%.
 






No one cares about him/her. Maybe an investor and or fund manager who lost lot of money. No one should be here to destroy anything. This is a free public message board for those who like to see success for their work. Having said this, actions of Sr. Managements such as MG, DB, RR and others have destroyed the company and due to their lies and possible criminal activities, the trust is gone. So, if there is an investigation which most likely is, the investigators will figure it out and justice will be served. No one wants to see Dendreon not to be successful but we would like to see all those who committed crimes go away and Dendreon and specifically it's product to receive a fair share of positive press. Too many good, honest and hard working folks have worked and are working here and this bad seeds in the management should not represent them but they have to leave Dendreon in order for us to operate as a good and solid biotech.

this is all wrong - on Jan 5th they were explicit that that was the GROSS revenue number, and the $213 from the Q1 report is the NET number (which, as they said, was a little over 6% less).

There are 1001 other things wrong with this company, but this isn't one of them.
 






Well said. Most of the posts on this board making these allegations are from insiders who have good intentions who wanted to make a life for themselves and their families in an exciting new field and while working here found they were not only duped but had their financial futures destroyed and were robbed of their dignity.

As harsh as these posts over the last 8 months seem and I have read many of them, behind many of these posts seem to be good honest hardworking people who only wanted what was best for them and their families which was a stable job with a management that exhibited high standards of morality. For salespeople to have customers who like and trust them while at the same time those customers having no trust in the management of the company it makes a salespersons job next to impossible.

It seems to me that many of these posts are lashing out about things these employees have witnessed and also heard in the field about this management. Many posts that are no longer here spoke of interviews. Those posts seemed quite credible.

If you are happy here and think everything here is/was above board and legal you are in a very small minority but we want to hear your point of view too. Everyone and anyone can start a thread.

If there are people here from Yahoo Finance they are probably here to see what employees are saying. Employees have not painted a pretty picture and most seem like very credible decent hard working people. The dynamic about bulletin boards is that you have to pick out the posts you think are credible versus those that might not be. The better you are at discerning the difference the better an experience you might have. I have found many posts that seem to be from very decent people with good intentions who are speaking truths that they wish were not truths.

What is your position in Dendreon? Why not rebut the last 8 months of allegations on this board that are obviously written by insiders. This is a peaceful board where posters talk about Dendreon, good or bad. This board does not pit people who post against other people who post. The board is about Dendreon and its employees. Anyone can rebut anything anyone says and if credible people might believe you if you think this is an honest company. You won't prove this is an honest company by having grudges and connecting posts here to other people who post on stock boards. If anything it weakens your case and makes you seem like a "nut".
