This company just keeps getting worse. Executive leadership has clearly decided that our patients and employees don’t matter anymore. TBMs and DBLs have been completely thrown to the wolves. Changes that negatively affect our accounts and patients just seem to keep coming and no one in home office seems to give a sh!t. Meanwhile, your people are having their reputations and credibility dragged through the mud because of inept leadership and lack of direction and vision. We need to clean house at the top. Immediately.
 












Agreed. Losing good reps as their DBL’s try to save their own asses by throwing their team under the bus. Everyone at the top too busy trying to save their asses to do anything about it. Such a shame to watch the demise of what once was a great place to work. Remember when it was all about getting help to those who needed it? That ship has sailed.
