My friend is thinking about working there.

Does anyone have any thoughts about the future of their business and their competitive positioning? Good/bad?

How about the management team?

Diplomat has grown from 1 billion to 5 billion from 2013 -2016 They are the lowest paying specialty pharmacy they promote from their friend circle and turnover is high in all departments due to their Midwestern cheap pay only unemployed sales reps go to Diplomat, these are the facts

nepotism is the word that comes to mind when describing Diplomat, turnover is extremely high , benefits ok, pay is on the lower end for specialty pharmacy, if your geography has good managed network you will do well, if not which is the case in 85% of the country you will have to beg/blow/fuck or pay out of pocket for business specialty pharmacy sales is like used car sales no one could ever argue that
