Diplomat Pharmacy - Need info

I need some insight on Diplomat pharmacy. Is it a decent place to work? Can you really make as much as they say? What is management like? Any insight on their future? Any info you can provide would be helpful.

Diplomat is unorganized and management is not strategic. They acquired too much too quickly and don't have the leadership in place to handle it all. Acquiring companies just takes cash...growing those acquisitions is a whole different ballgame. They don't value employees. Salaries are low. Benefits are pathetic

Easy SP to steal business from- aside from having contracts to be able to fill the service level is horrible Not much to like there. The reps aren't paid very well and it shows- most are pharma drop outs that can't sell.

they have problems, layoffs, inbred central Michigan management team and they seem to be cooking the books as per wall streets reaction to their failure to report certain line charges they will be bought

Very true, 80% of so called executive team dismissed after they confessed to omitting expenses on quarterly earnings report to Wall St, more layoffs planned for April/May, stock in toilet --plummeted from 38 to 13-14 dollars, place is being investigated, they in in over their simple minded Michigan heads

The new president is a joke! He is sinking the ship, and does not care about building partnerships. If you are a professional do not waste your time here; if you are looking for a first job to build resume than maybe work here if everything else is taken.
