Enough already, we all know. Announce it, we can all cheer that this oppressive regime will finally be coming to an end.

A little tip Mark, clean out the toadies and yes-people. Start this thing fresh. Recognize that the sites is where it all happens. Appreciate the people in trenches, not the people holed up "back home". Actually provide some positivity and support. People are dying to work for someone who inspires them.

Remember what happened to Tarkin and his belief that "Fear will keep the local systems in line".

We're ready for new leadership and a new outlook, please don't screw this up, we have all been dying for this change.

P.S. - for BMS friends, oh boy, you got no idea what's in store. A leopard may be able to cover their spots, bot they're still there, and sooner or later, they come out.

Listen folks, I know you're all getting impatient, we are too here in K5. All the ducks need to be lined up in a row first, so she can shoot them one last time, then the announcement will be made, a roar will emerge from sea to shining sea, and the celebrating can begin. I want to invite everyone to stop by her office over t he next 2 weeks and really let her know what a difference she's made, please. just keep the foul language to a minimum.

Now, I think we need to have a bit of a gentleman's agreement regarding sucking up to the new boss. Let's all just wait until the official announcement. I know sucking up is the only way some of you have to get ahead (you know who you are an so do the rest of us), but let's just agree to wait so everyone has a fair chance. I'm compiling a list, so if you break this agreement, I'll remember.

Patience is a virtue. My sources as a solid as a rock. Sometimes info leaks before the messaging is nailed down. Even though this is an "asked to leave", it needs to seem like this is a positive move. Merck can't let the world know about the HR issues, BMS may back out, then Merck would need to remove her, and that's for peons not VPs.

Just relax and enjoy your free afternoon coffee for another few days.
 












Bad news people, Merck rushed in with an 11th hour plea to stay and a bunch of $$.

Remember, they won't do it for the people who keep the day to day operations going, but for a person in the high castle, who could possibly replace them, so threatening to leave = big $$.

We were close to finally having some hope...well, off to the big GSE conference.

How will we ever go on? Our leader who brought us so much is moving on. Do you know that before she got here, we never even knew what an audit was or how to do one? And an SDS? Never saw one until she came on board.

Why can't these announcements be truthful? 95% of GSE is happy to see her go and the other 5% got where they are by kissing her ass. She was divisive, uninspiring, and treated the group like she knew everything and everyone else knew nothing.

Ask BMS if we can throw a few more people into the deal, really get a fresh start.
 




You were right. Maybe she wanted no part in the NewCo split. Wanted a landing of her own choosing.
Soon all the BMS sites that were doing fine will be getting RED audits. They have so much to learn /sarc
