Digital engagement channels for MSLs

Hi all,

What about digital engagement channels to manage KOL relationships? To what extent do you use them? Are they any good? I know 'digital channels' is a broad word- basically I'm looking for the 20% that makes the 80% impact.

I'd love to connect with someone who can give me advice on this.

but this is an imp subject. i'd like to know what they give a fuck about. bickering about companies and managers seems like the only thing that drives comments on this group.
