Didn't get the job

I interviewed in Dallas a couple weeks ago. Was supposed to hear by the middle of the following week (last week) and heard nothing. Obviously I wasn't chosen. For those of you interviewed and didn't get an offer, did anyone- mgr, recruiter, HR- reach out to you to confirm you didn't get it and/or give you any feedback? Or are we pretty much supposed to figure out that if you didn't hear quickly, you didn't get it. Thanks.

Reach out to your recruiter. The Hiring manager would have given feedback to him or her.

The recruiter called me to see if I head heard anything! What a joke. When I said no one had called me I told her I would think they would call her first with my status. DUH! Month later now, I am getting emails and phone calls from another recruiter in the same damn office, " Wanting to talk to me about an exciting opportunity with Regeneron" what a bunch of idiots. So glad I did not get the job if this is any indication how this "opportunity" is going to workout.

fuck off douche. Go back to Merck or Pfizer primary care...

I waited weeks to hear I did not get the job. I followed up with the recruiter multiple times before finally reaching out to the manager directly. Very frustrating. I was absolutely disappointed. However, I still haven't gotten reimbursed for Dallas. That and the cattle call interview process makes me a little skeptical with the leadership.

Good luck to all who got hired.

The company in charge of the interviewing details is a effing joke....

Why don't you concentrate on why you didn't get the job instead of venting like a little kid who's momma didn't buy him candy. Do us all a favor and walk upstairs and ask your mom for some ice cream.

OP here. I ended up hearing from the recruiter not quite two weeks after my interview that I didn't get the job, which I had already figured out by then. I did ask the recruiter if she could give me any feedback so I could learn and improve but she really didn't have any. I'm just curious, since she never gave me a range on the base salary, for those of you that got offers for the medical specialist position, what kind of base were you offered? (if you don't mind saying). Thanks.

Based on my experience with the Regeneron selection process, I have decided to start up my own talent acquisition team. Obviously it doesn't require much expertise and follow through. Loved the part where a kid from HR tries to ask "insightful" questions from his STAR format, when he/she has no idea about what this job is about. Pathetic.......

I agree... the follow up by the recruiter and hiring employees leaves much to be desired. I still think it's a good opportunity but everyone should remember that EVERYONE is a customer or future employee or future boss. Leave them with their dignity and show them respect.

Guys just apply directly to regeneron. The recruiter get screwed . Don't you know these recruiters are salesmen and get paid on commision . You think you're the only candidate they contacted? Really you're that good they found you on linked in hahaha. If they contacted you just assume they contacted 100 others as well. All they need is 1 person to get the job and they get paid. If you send your resume to the company they get Nothing
