I didn’t. Don’t need a laptop and certainly do not want a company phone.

I requested that Novartis take drastic measures to pump some life into Leqvio and fix the horrific acquisition pathway which drives a stake through the heart of almost every potential sale. How does a laptop and carrying around 2 phones help us drive Leqvio business? Mind boggling decisions.

No, I requested someone streamline the expense reporting system so I have more field time. I also requested fewer provider based metrics and better data so I could focus on account based selling. Oh, I also requested individual goals so I could be paid for my Leqvio success. Somehow they misunderstood and thought I wanted a heavier computer bag to lug around?

I requested we implement a system where we give away millions of dollars worth of free syringes to offices.
I followed it up by paying reps to give it away; tand then, when the offices didn't want it, I doubled the incentive!
A bunch of reps got horrifically fucked over in the process (I got my desk shifted to a different corner of the home-office basement), and the company looked like complete asses because of my stupidity.
