On today's national web cast Bob M talked about how as a company we are doing a good job with diversity and we need to do better. We need to hire people who are similar to the communities they work.
Yet all the folks on today's national and diabetes web cast were white, most were males. WTF!
As always, all talk and very little real change!

The worm has resurfaced and it all starts over again. Hire the unqualified and uneducated to satisfy the EOC. I was in HQ and observed the downfall of the company due to these hires while upper management made a joke out of the process. I have known Bobby for years and he is the Peter Principle on steroids.

I also worked in HQ when this was all occurring and the process made one sick. What was even worse were the actions/behaviors of upper Management during expansions and what was then known as the Meat Market. The behavior went all the way to the top and would make a eye opening book, if I only had the time.

We have to dig into the depths of hell into the applicant pool to find that best minority still far less qualified than the 600-800 white males above them on list. Affirmative Action (whatever the hell that means) is one of the reasons this company is such a dung hole.
