Well it’s January and still no news, WTF! Hey assholes you’ve had 500 reps and countless others in support roles wondering since JULY!! If we will have a jobs. Why not except for the sense of decency tell us something or are you just politely ignoring your stupid announcement from the summer. You all should be ashamed of yourselves, you continue to put pressure on the sales force to sell shitty mydayis, while still fucking up Vyvanse goals and payouts, and not pay us for xiidra AGAIN all while having the strategic review of the NBU hanging over our heads. Why?? Do you get off on making people miserable, I considered at first it was a business ploy but I believe everything that currently exists within Shire is the work of the worst management team in the history of the Pharmaceutical industry. How any of you still have jobs is beyond my comprehension, if you need help just ask. If you don’t know what to do ask others, its that simple. Stop surrounding yourselves with people who have no ideas and who are unwilling to tell you that you are wrong. Every division is in a tailspin, opthamology is a disaster, everything from baxalta has been ruined, NBU is an utter shit show, GI is dead in the water, do I have to go on? Please fill the plane with all upper management fly to the Canary Islands and stay, enjoy yourselves you’ve all made enough money to be very comfortable for the rest of your lives but most of us haven’t and we need to work. So let us work here and not be led by a group of people who have no idea what they are doing and continue to screw up at every turn with absolutely no accountability. You are not allowed to hold us accountable when you have zero credibility with the majority of good people who continue to work here at Shire.

What should I do? My manager was very rude on his latest field day by telling me to turn off my radio because my car radio station played hip-hop music. Mr. "Boss" basically yelled "turn off that gangsta rap"! I told him that the music was from Drake and he is not a "gangsta rapper"! He got all red in the face and turned off the radio himself! We made several more Xidra calls and I dropped him off at his car. He did not say one word to me about the field day. I am afraid he will give me a poor rating just because I like certain music. I am thinking of calling HR and possibly HQ management.

If this is real, this proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is absolutely no need for Shire to keep the optimology division. Look at the absolute idiots we have promoting this product. Shame, shame, SHAME

Second, FO desperately needs to spin off debt and to do that he has to find someone even less intelligent that he is - that is a tall order! Third, everyone knows Flemming is desperate and has to do something to save his tiny little ass. Restasis is going generic, we are a decade behind in hemophilia R&D, he wildly overpaid for Baxalta - the tiny fellow has no leverage at all and no bargaining power. He played a losing strategy and we are paying for it. We are not going to be treated well, so either leaving or not caring are the only options.

News today pretty much confirms Flemming couldn’t sell the NBU- another failure to add to his record. Nice call.
 




































No, their bullshit product diverted funds from other disease states and therefore hurt patient outcomes and bottom line profits. But then again, eye drops are important for saving lives. I guess.. maybe not.

So why hate the OBU reps? Shouldn't your hate be aimed at FO, PS. They are the ones that hired us. I got hired to do a job, I'm not "diverting funds" they are! Maybe at NSM you should talk to both those guys and tell them what you think, I'll watch!
