So true. Ted White is a class act. Hope it's not true for Novartis' sake, but truthfully, he's too good for Novartis.

This is a sad day for Novartis!!!! Ted is a great leader and many will follow him shortly. Leaders within the new OU'S need to wake up and take care of great individuals that can keep teams focused during these these down times. It will be a difficult MD position to fill.

Well I know that 2 of the best Directors ever at Novartis were Ted and Kelly. They cared about people which is a far cry from what we have now. O know I worked for both of these guys a few years back.
