Did PI and online app and have heard nothing.

Does this mean that I am out? I understood the PI'er to say that if you are asked to do an online app then you will go to F2F. Is that not the case because I had my phone interview early last week and have heard nothing. Thanks for any help.
 






Usually once they have you do the online app, they will contact you for a F2F shortly thereafter. If it's been more than a couple of business days, I'd contact HR to follow up. Could be something in your app; could just be an oversight. Good luck!

It could also be the fact that you have a massive fang growing out of your forehead ... but, good luck!
 








Be careful of new tactics several companies are empoying to get access to your vial data -- only for no good use. If you want job, go search for your salary. For example, say you were making 70K when you were laid off. In the application you fill seeking a salary level of 54K Make sure you *do not* compensate for geographical cost-of-living. However, if you do ask for COL, you will never hear again. Three months when you say fck off Lilly, its time to move and you write wonderment letter, you will hear a nastey worded letter. Finally Lilly has downrolled payscales by 4 to 6 levels -- meaning yesterdays Senior Advisors (R3) and tomorrows P5 or R1. [levles: M=management/janitor; R=research/janitor; P=Professional/janitor; B=Biz/] It is ok for system to respond after 3 or 4 weeks since Indy is rather close to North Pole and Southerners simply don't understand that snow/ice can affect 8 hour day schedule. Always greet with neeho to your inteviewer to show that you love china.
 




OP here....I got my interview invite today for next week. I, too, am going half way across the country for the interview. Don't care...would fly half way across the planet to interview and hopefully gain employment again. Being laid off sucks.
