Did I make the wrong decision? Need candid advice.

Joined AngioDynamics about a year ago. Seeing a lot of people leave. I like my manager but the business is not good and the VP of Sales is a complete moron and seems completely aloof. Everything seems to be the complete opposite from my interview.

I have an opportunity to get my old job back. I don’t feel comfortable with what I’m seeing or hearing. Should I trust my gut or stick it out?

100 percent trust your instincts.

Easy decision.

good luck.

Your last job could literally be ANYTHING… ANYTHING. I guarantee it is better and more rewarding than working for AngioDynamics.

By process of elimination, I’m willing to bet you work in the vascular access division… that VP is a complete know nothing, idiot, and utter moron.

In all seriousness, just leave. This company is poison from the top down. You’ll find really good people who care in middle management but half of them have left so it’s literally helpless at this point. Those were the people who really made a difference. Surely some untrained goofball manager swindled you into taking this job… get out while you can.

Speaking as someone who did “get out” it was the best decision of my life. They will tell you what you want to hear forever but never act on it. It is toxic. Get out the moment you have an opportunity.
