Did everyone get a check from the class action suit?

I never expected a check because I never joined in the suit. I always ignored the calls and tore up the mail I received. I had no complaints with Daiichi and enjoyed working for the company. I did opt out and am waiting on my severance. So my question is if I cash this unexpected check will that affect my severance check?? Did all females get this check even the ones that are still employed??

I read the DSI severance agreement several times. Their language wasn't specific on participating in lawsuits that had already happened/settled. So I submitted my account of gender discrimination that I experienced with my manager.

I got a check of around $1200 from the gender discrimination lawsuit.

Now just waiting on my severance.
