The company is required to provide an accomodation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.. it's not optional, it's the law.

My religious exemption was not granted, same for a friend/colleague. They provided no reason why but included language about the undue hardship for the company to make any accommodations (hard to believe since most of the docs I engage are not yet letting industry enter their buildings). I definitely feel this violates title VII

BMS employee here - NO accommodation - same as above. In a horrible state right now - thinking of dipping into 401k to find a job that does not require the jab

Are there any new class lawsuit against BMS religious discrimination? The one filed by the 4 employees won't accept more people to join.

Not sure how this will shake out in light of the recent SCOTUS decision. More than likely class action will be coming soon. In the meantime, rest assured, Benito and his blackshirts will double down on mandates.
