No it is not. Recruiter said exactly what I posted. As you know they tell you what you want to hear. After reading the Integrated Genetics thread I am really concerned

I was told top reps make at least 150 and low turnover. Vacancies based on promotion
 






Ask to see the player roster for the last 5 years. Ask Ad where all his team went. Ask former Reps how long they put up with the plan. If you are unemployed take the job and work in Colorado. At least you can stay stoned and vote for Obama. He pays your cell bill and will calculate your commission check.
 






You are about 12 yrs late to the party, junior. No $ to be made working for Labcorp. Dianon was once the only game in town but lab crap bought em and hollowed em out. Talented people left a decade ago. Dianon is a laughable option and phys only send to dianon when insurance coverage compels them to. Nobody at dianon can sell, they just push manage care lists in docs faces all day.

You really need stop flaming boards with the Obama reference. You did this 2-3 times over the past couple of days. Take it to the political board.

To the original poster. You were promised 50K in commissions? Did he/she also say "I swear to God, no crossing counts?"

Tell this recruiter that you will only take a 40K guarantee with the salary. Look, the hiring manager is going to want you to verify information on your resume. He/she will want you to verify all of your accomplishments and earnings. So it shouldn't be too much to ask them to verify the 50K in commissions or 150K total comp.

Also, ask to speak with one or two current reps. Better yet, reach out to them on LinkedIn or otherwise by you own efforts.
