Diabetes opening in San Diego

I recently applied to a diabetes rep opening in the San Diego territory. Does anyone have insight into that role and/or territory? I read on this board there is a hiring freeze but noticed several openings posted online. Any information is appreciated.. thank you.

I would run from this opening. The company has no viable diabetes franchise/division. You will be selling old as dirt Welchol in an ever changing formulation for an at best add on medication that is by no means standard of care. The worst of it is that Welchol is the cash cow at DSI, so run from this company.

Hahaha i can’t believe they made it sound like a real diabetes position but if you like to be micro managed, not making much in bonuses, selling crappy drugs and having to work with another rep who is an idiot but on the bright side you will get at least 85k year and only work 15 hours a week

What about he specialty opening in San Diego? Or is that the same as the diabetes opening? They aren’t very clear on which drugs each opening reps.
