Thinking about applying for this position. Does anyone know why the previous rep quit? How are the sales doing? What’s the manager like to work for? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Sales for that territory are terrible. Heard rep that had it bailed on it because she didn’t have what it takes to pull them up and offices were sick of listening to her whiny little voice. Not sure what company she went to but BI is better off without her. I was in her original training class and she was a total idiot. There’s a lot of metrics to meet here now so just keep that in mind.

Manager is a great guy.

Then why did the last rep tell everyone she was changing jobs to get away from all of his field visits? Obviously the guys a micro manager that doesn’t know when to back off or he wouldn’t chase his reps away.
