Run away as fast as you can! Leadership is a mess. 3 times last year they changed the pay structure. Leadership has NO SPINE EXPERIENCE. If you need an dental implant they can help you in an hour.

Current reps gave this message "75K BASE 10k BONUS A MONTH FOR 6 MONTHS THEN WHEN YOU FIND A NEW JOB LEAVE" 1 trick pony company going against the big boys, no way!

For what they are paying to bring people on for 6 months and the lack of or no business at all I would beware of this job.

They are just starting out in the hiring process. They want to be at about 48 reps by the end of 2010.

They are a mess and the current reps are getting no or very little business. Once the 6 month draw is dry they are sunk for money coming in.

The reps are getting very unhappy with the leaderships lack of direction.


Collect a check for 6 months while looking for a stable company is what the current reps are saying.
 






the only docs using dfine are docs that are getting paid to do a "study". They are getting paid on for every procedure they do. These docs can't give a good explanation why they are paying $3700-$4000 for a VBA that is cumbersome and achieves no better results. Nobody is going to buy this company cause it's obvious that once the pay stops....good bye cases for dfine. They will be done in a year.
 


















Anyone heard anything about this company. There is an opening and I was thinking of looking into it. Any suggestions from someone that is there or was recently there? Thanks.
