Pompous asshole with an unhealthy fixation on metrics. Serves in a director capacity but never leaves his house.
As the O.P. put it, he chickened out and didn't take questions about the Entresto debacle (twice if you count his weird teams call from his office).
At least Duane, as awful as he is, has the balls to fumble through a few incoherent answers for fifteen minutes. Dez doesn't have the stones to leave his driveway.
