Dexcom is great - seriously

I’m not one to post or really even look at CafePharma because as far as I can tell it’s for silly people who are carrying chips on their shoulders, but I’d heard about the last couple of comments, so I’ll throw my two cents in. I’ll also say that I’m fairly certain just about everyone at Dexcom will agree with me. This is a great company with excellent people and a truly incredible, life-altering disease management device. I’ve been around for a long time (read decades) and I’ve spent time in device and in “Big Pharma”. This is BY FAR the best company I’ve worked for, and there’s an even bigger disparity between Dexcom’s people and the rest I’ve worked with - these are excellent people. If you have a beef, take it to your leadership. They listen, and they do everything they can to make things better. Senior leaders in this company have taken a few hits lately, and frankly it’s a little weird. The people at the top at Dexcom have your/our back(s), and that is truly unique among companies in the industry. If you’re looking to come to Dexcom, don’t listen to a couple of naysayers; the overwhelming majority of us love it here.

Leadership does not listen. You’re either delusional or someone that has been given enough stock where it is worth holding out. Or you’re Joe doing damage control.
