Really subtle message about priorities and future strategy taking out GPLs who are the defacto leaders of that asset.

I am expecting a guillotine at the next Development Town Hall or maybe a coliseum wallpaper for Teams meetings.

they’re probably glad for everyone who’s leaving and they don’t have to pay severance….with the diminishing pipeline, they have to downsize and bring down operating costs. But so sad to see so many good people leave…

The bleed continues…every few days there’s someone else resigning… and people who ventured out all seem to look happier after a few weeks and months, whereas the ones who remain seem more and more overworked and depressed…

It’s true. How will the company steer through the complex market access issues with the key talent recently gone (esp in max)? It’s spinning into a mess and nobody is leading—- highly impactful issues. Why can’t we keep top talent? Leaders that folks don’t want to follow can’t lead through this.

I was hoping for a package but eventually left on my own as the drama wasn’t worth it. Very happy now and feeling liberated. But sad to see how things are going for my friends back there. I really enjoyed my time there when we had different leadership.

Agree. Still working here only because I don’t want to move or have a super long commute, or be entirely remote….but essentially just waiting for my family situation to change so I can move. I wouldn’t run from a challenge, but it’s how people get treated by leadership that makes me cringe. No accountability…

I only stayed at Adult Day Care on Princeton Pike until another opportunity arose that made BMS look like peanuts. Hang out there until something else land on your lap. It’s a paycheck, not a career.
