What terrible situation for you guys. Hang in there. Managers are worse off, because companies like to see at least 3 years from managers.

Reps, 1 year, in and out...and you should be fine. People know your company is a pig, and they will understand why you are looking.

If you are not looking, you really have your head in the sand.

This is how it goes when a drug, company is failing. As territories need to be eliminated and the numerical separation is minuscule between the keeps and the PiPs, management must come up with something besides just the numbers to demand improvement. It has to be some "behavior" so they find something....anything ....and focus on this. Of course it's a sham, everyone knows it. They too are scared for their jobs so the games begin! No one wants to be sued for harassment! They all lose one more piece of their souls.

You are being pip'd because you are not passionate enough in you presentation of the Zorvolex "scientific rationale" ..... Please, let's be honest with each other- the rationale is theoretical and not what anyone would call evidenced-based science.

You'd have to be an idiot and completely stupid to not see what's happening. If you don't, just talk to the next round of PiP recipients.... Note to the really slow, there will be a 3rd round and a 4th, etc.
 












The funny thing is hearing reps post about how the PiP process should somehow be fair and logical. Think about what it truly is, a 30 day period for you to go and find a JOB. No one come thru the other end of a PIP, if your ERM talks like that he/she is just as dumb as you were for coming on board with this opportunity. It's been a joke since day-1 and the joke will soon run out of punch-lines! Bottom line, if you received a PIP....."RUN". Frankly, even if you haven't.... RUN!
 






So true. I received a PIP and my weekly Rx's are 2-3 beneath other members of our region. Some weeks I am even above others! It's arbitrary and clearly a sign of bad things to come for everyone! InVentiv can BMA!
 












Don't believe anyone on this thread and any other iroko thread. Most of the people posting negative thing are looking to start a controversy. Why? Because they're bored. I'm in New Jersey, spoke to a couple of different reps throughout the northeast and they're haven't complained about any layoffs, PIPs, low revenue/Rxs or anything like that.

With 300 sales positions & 30 managers, I'm sure there are several people on PIP's. And, sales numbers might be the biggest reason, but not be the only reason. There is no random, baseless "PIP campaign." You useless troll. Go investigate the Kennedy assassination.
