Dermik Purchasing Derm Company?

First of all, there is no such thing as Dermik anymore. As for Sanofi-Aventis, there is not a Derm company that is big enough for Sanofi to bother purchasing. There is no future in prescription derm given generic intrusion and the cosmetic/biologic markets are too crowded. The higher ups at Sanofi barely even know that they have a Derm division. Lights out by fall.
 












Dermik is highly recognized with Dermatologist, s-a would be making a huge mistake not investing in it. Considering Many s-a drugs are going generic investing in a Derm company that has viable products even if it isn't large would be a smart move.

You must be new and naive- this prospect has been bantered about for the past 20 years- why now- sales force shrunk to bare minimum, patents left to expire, -they are squeeking out the last bit of profit before the company will be found in "Lost Civilizations"
 






















































Read the latest news from late last week. If you are in the SA sales force, your time is running short. Sa just took initial bids for the Dermatology unit and will have this sold within 3 months.
 


















Duh..If I had the cash I would by the products and the reps. Benzaclin generic inferior product has been out for 2 plus years yet Benzaclin branded is kickin some serious butt against it and the competition. Check out the reason SA has transformed this division...it is a cash cow.
