Insecure and weird ceo who brought with him the bag of trash reps from galderma. he checks out female employees and only talks to you if you have a pair of tits. His strategy is to push everyone to sell off/label and post AD numbers while not being FDA approved. He thinks he is shit but nobody thinks that he is leader. People only stay because of the options awarded, otherwise, nobody with a brain would stay in this company. Most of my friends who I personally respected are gone.
