Most everyone in my district spends the week doing the following:
-sitting at Peet's looking at the execution report and fabricating the calls needed to have it look right
-scanning internal job posting for rare disease - the thinking is that hasn't yet been corrupted by Amgen's culture so a couple years left?
-phone screens with other derm companies
-sending success stories in with examples of being a "great cross functional partner", having and "enterprise minded", showing "cross business unit collaboration (best gig here is do a joint program with rheumatology or ISS), showing success with "RWE" or claiming a "High Impact Question" was compelling enough for 5x starts! LFG! - all for ACT shenanigans.
-sending emails, copying many, to my TLL
-sending messages on team text chain after hours with dumbass questions like, "is the 20mg available at Walmart?", "do I get credit for CMM", "I love the new contest!!!"
-managing sign in sheets so it appears the right people were at the lunch I sent
-when all else goes wrong, to make myself feel better, I log onto at least 5 threads here and write, "same crying Celgene bitch"
